Exchange and return

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, jewelry is included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange and return!

 

1. But if the size of the bracelet or chain does not suit you, we will gladly exchange the same product for another size! Delivery by carriers at your expense! (both ways!)

 

2. In the event of a defect, the company carries out one of the following options:

 

   • free elimination of the defect (repair);

   • exchange for a similar product of proper quality;

 

3. To submit an application, you must provide:

 

   • the product;

   • a document confirming the purchase (receipt, check);

   • branded packaging or label (if available).

 

4. Consideration of the application is carried out within the time limits established by law. The company reserves the right to involve an expert appraiser to determine the nature of the defect.
